Closing my account as well as my wifes account

I came to exchange a daniel hecter pants that i bought as it did not fit me.i understand that i bought it along time ago (april) but it was not that i bought the item on sale nor did i want my money back i just wanted a smaller size.i am a customer service manager at absa and if my customer wanted something done i would make sure that it was done and i know the lenghts i would have to take to retain the clients account.we are in a retail world were competition is at our neck so we can not afford to lose clients.unfortunitly due to your police truworths will loose two accounts if not more.a tip to be shared... sometimes we have to bend the rules accordingly to suite the needs of our customers, im not saying BREAK THE RULES but bend a little to keep a good relationship with good customers as we are business to truworths
