I have an incident where Victor from the Glen Edgars misinformed me regarding the payout from Edgars, and all the people i spoke to keep referring to Hollard Insurance. Haollard has nothing to do with this. They were utterly professional in their conduct. The issue is with the Glen Edgars. Morne you should've told me that the senior manager wasn't going to call to discuss my matter further. I requested the email address for the Regional senior manager, you confirmed that you cant give out any details and that as customer service you would forward my query. Till today nothing and I last spoke to you almost two weeks ago, it shouldn't take a regional manger so long to respond to a customers query. unless you deem deceased people and their families invalid. which is exactly how Edgars is currently treating me. as an invalid. I find it disgusting as manger you don't forward complaints to the seniors when you have been requested by a customer to take the matter further. PLEASE GIVE ME THE DETAILS FOR THE SENIOR MANAGER SO THAT I CAN CONTACT THEM, it will be faster for me as i know how to utilize a phone and email. Ref No: 1609130177/G0
