I have been purchasing various goods from [URL Removed] for more than 10 years. Recently, I purchased a DVD. Upon arrival, it was discovered that I had been supplied the incorrect item. This is after I mailed them to ensure that the correct item would be supplied Refer order 1000117701. The cost of the DVD has been credited to me but not the postage fee. I have spoken to various consultants (Sulaiman 9-10-13, Sharniec 10-10-13, Shiffa 17-10-13, Nontsi 23-10-13, Mishka 25-10-13). All of which have promised to follow up with the accounts department and let me know immediately what is happening. I have even received a mail from Sharniec stating that I would be refunded (refer PJR CRM:02900457). This issue is still not sorted out nearly three weeks since my first call. Your website states that credits will be made in 3-5 days. 3 to 5 days from when??? This level of service is unacceptable. Can I have answers please?
