I went to purchase a Defy Dishwasher that is on special in your promo pamphlet this week. Only to be told it is out of stock and stock is only expected on the 13th. I firstly don't understand why you would advertise something in your promo, if there is no stock. I also got told that I would then have to come back and purchase as the original full price. Eventually it was agreed I could pay the promo price and delivery is going to take place on the 14th (Or so I hope).

I went to go pay at the till, and the lady that assisted me was friendly and helpful. The item rung up on the wrong price, and she called over a manager or supervisor. Who was absolutely blatantly rude. This person did not even do so much as to acknowledge my presence, and completely ignored me. Only to grab the papers and go off to where the managers sit, and stand around there for a few minutes. When I went to inquire if we could speed up the issue, I was told I should wait, that i'm not their only customer. Even the friendly lady behind the till shook her head and apologized on the rude ladies behalf.

Is this honestly how you treat your customers? Is this the service we can expect going forward? Pathetic.
