Bad customer service and NO empathy

I ordered a sandal online and paid for it on Monday and I got confirmation that payment was received on Tuesday. It is Friday today and I do not even have an indication of whether I will get my sandals this week still.
The managers should have anticipated the rush from Cyber Monday and planned accordingly so I am quite unsympathetic at this moment in time.
I am struggling to get hold of anyone on the contact number provided as I want to know if I can then fetch the sandal myself from the warehouse.
