They are to useless to send me my statement. I requested a total due amount on MONDAY already. I have still not heard anything from them. I am doing my transfers in the morning. How the am I supposed to pay you if I don't know what I owe, because I never receive statements. EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have to struggle to get an amount out of you.

You are very quick to send me sms's about going and spending more money and that it must happen in the next two week, but when it comes to correspondence the client actually request customer services are non existent.

Every single month I get sms's of my credit limit which has been increased. Lets see if you increase it again if you DONT GET PAID BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHAT TO PAY YOU
