Cant access status simulator & identity risk

I paid for a Kudough annual membership on 11 June 2013. I was of the view that I can get access to status simulator and identity risk so that I can update my information on a monthly basis. Only to find that every month end I have to phone Kudough or send them an email because these options are blocked saying that there's a payment pending. I asked what payment but nobody answered and the error was rectified the time I checked. The following month same thing happened and I sent an email to them to say I want to just cancel this membership and get my refund back if possible. No one ever answered. I still cannot access the above said and dont know what to do. This is a disgusting behaviour and I dont think I will ever pay for my credit record through Kudough again... ever. I am beginning to feel some resentment for them
