BAD, BAD SERVICE FROM MAKRO

In this electronic age I would expect to get accurate information on the Internet.
Before I buy a gift for my husband, I do an internet search. Went onto Makro site & checked the stock - listed in-stock Germiston. So I contracted a bakkie & agreed to pay R300 for collection & deliver. I leave home & drove to Makro. On arrival in the Sport Department, I'm informed that they do not have stock. I told them about my internet search and the fact that their site say "In Stock". Confusion reigns.
I go ahead and do other shopping & return. This time I'm told that they cannot get hold of any of the other branches to check their stock levels.
OK - so I've done an internet search, drove to Makro and contracted a Bakkie to collect. What now?
I'm told to leave my number & they will get back to me.
In the meantime, I phone the person with the bakkie to cancel them only to find that they have almost reahced Makro and to I will still have to pay the delivery cost. I have to honour my agreement.
21/5/13 I'm told "come and pay for ur product & we will deliver to u". Now I have to use my petrol to go back to Makro even after I paid R300 for no collection.
IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SVC?
