Disappointment

After seeing n advert in the rekord newspaper for FEMO brakes and shocks i made a call to several Gauteng branches including Centurion, Gezina, Pretoria, Pretoria west and silverton for information on the products as i wished to purchase 2 sets of shocks as well as front and rear pads for my 1998 honda civic.

so lets see what i got told by the branches

1) we do not stock FEMO products (even though you had a newspaper advert printed)
2) we do not have stock for your vehicle but we will call you back (no one got back to me)
3) FEMO does not make parts for your car but i will be able to get back to you on prices and stock on similar parts for you car (that never happened)
4) we do not sell parts for our car
5) eish please call us back later

so now tell me which answer is it? am i suppose to ever shop by your stores again with that kind of attitude and lack of product knowledge?
