Account paid up and closed

I have applied for an overdraft facility and it got declined by the bank because it shows that I am in arrears with Jet Stores. I have paid up and closed my account in 2012. It has not been update with Experian either! Now it shows that I am a bad payer and my risk is high due to this fault on your side. I now need a letter stating that I have paid up this account so that it can clear my name!
Please can you send the letter ASAP and also please make sure that my name is off the bureau. It shows that the total balance is R3800 and outstanding is R329.00.
Update your peoples records as I am no longer a client of yours!!!
