Bad attitude

I went there to buy bread and airtime then after that they swiped my bank card and it went thru because I have receive the notification sms, so they said to me my card is insufficient but the notification sms says I still have money in my bank so the called Front Admin Manager by the name of Rachel Kgatla when she come to me she said to me I must just leave that money because is too little she cannot refund me and the is nothing I can do because she is the maneger.and was so rude to as if I m a stupid, I tried to talk to the assistant store manager but I did not fine help yet my money is been deducted please help
