Unfair treatment from compay with no ashamed

I did received my replacement of my fridge on the 16/08/2013, the same day put a report that the last shelve on the bottom fridge in not inside the it.. the next day on the 17/08/2013 the sent the rep to confirm that. sense from that day i have been calling them to ask about my shelves, but always told about (we are out of stock and we have already put an order).last Friday 18/10/2013 talk with the lady Sezini and she follow up the request and told me the will deliver on Monday 21/10/2013 is final. but till know i, m sill waiting. today 22/10/2013 i call again to follow up but one is trying to help me and Sezini no way to be found. i fell i was treated unfair almost three month waiting no call nothing . what can they do is to give me my money back. help me Pete
