We purchased a Samsung Fridge on the 07/07/2013 and it was delivered to us on the 15/08/2013. The fridge had a DENT on its side and this was noted on the invoice. The sales rep said they have no stock of this fridge and we must use the dented one till they have stock. Its been 3 months and we are still using the dented fridge. It is frustrating to know that they have no customer service skills as my husband has been to the store several times and called the manger to find out whats going on and all they say is they waiting for stock or just do'don't respond to us. Its simple either you give us a new fridge worth what we paid or give us our money back. This is daylight and it goes against the consumer act. I urge you to please respond to this or else i will get my lawyer involved and drag Hirsh's to court!!!
