As a customer i was told i know too much!

I went to phumlani mall on sat. 19 Oct. went to buy 3 items and decided i9 want to withdraw.. iwent to the first cashier her name was virginia.. she told me she doesnt have in her till that i can withdraw, i understood because it was still early.
she sent me to the next till where Palesa was the cashier, the items that i had were thrown into one of the baskets on the floor.. i told palesa that im paying plus withdrawing, she told me i ust go fetch the items that she threw into the basket behind her... we argued about the matter, then she tells me i have a bad attitude.. thats when i told her i have worked as a cashier when i finished high school, she tells me thats why im complaining its because i know too much, and that i think im better. i ignored her and she decideds to make a spectacle of me by calling her collegues telling them i quote: look at her she knows it all, she comes here with her stress thinking that she owns this place. i waited for nearly 10minutes before i got any assistance... even when i walkied out she was showing her collegues who i am.
i find it unacceptale that people dont respect their jobs.
