HORRIBLE SERVICE AT EXORBITANT PRICE

My husband and I paid a LARGE AMOUNT for a custom made dining table from BAKOS BROTHERS in January this year. The first took ages to arrive and when it did, the table was made to the wrong dimensions. The second table was delivered some FOUR MONTHS LATER with scratches on it. We contacted the store who put us in contact with the manufacturer - This annoyed me as I bought the table from Bakos NOT the manufacturer. We waited another couple of months and the table came (not before having to call the salespaerson who had no idea that we hadn't received the table yet). The THIRD TABLE IS HERE NINE MONTHS AFTER PAYMENT WITH SCRATCHES ON IT!!! The staff are always unsure what the progress our table was when we called them- I suppose as long as they've pocketed the hefty amount we paid in January they really couldn't give a about customer service. I feel that I should've just as well gone to a cheaper place like Furniture City and gotten better service.
