The worst service that I have ever received in my whole life was from Edgars the glen!

Incompetent staff! I have called the Edgar's store on Friday morning the 18/10/2013 asking them for a Samsung S3, spoke to the Samsung Lady there name: Palesa - any way they were one of the million edgars stores around that had the phone, Been this a very desperate situation to get a new phone I have given her my acc details which is the acc number and asked what amount should be paid as this is an insurance claim, she gave me the amount which I was more than happy to walk in the store and pay this amount! I then asked her as I have a 30 mins lunch break and work in bruma to please sort out all docs so when I get there is can just pick up the phone and pay the diff and sign for it! she said that a sales guy by the name of Dumisani will assist me with that an have everything ready CONFIRMING THIS WITH HIM 1st and he has agreed to this I could hear they conversation as staff of Edcon have no telephone manners or ethics! Any way rushing to the mall at 12:00 to get back to work at 12:30 - I get there and Dumisani says that I must have my card there as they cannot do noting and he has no
