I placed an order for an academic book from [URL Removed] on the 30 September 2013 and delivery was supposed to be on the 16 of October 2013, on the 16th i checked the status of my order and saw that the delivery date was now changed to the 21st/10.I called [URL Removed] and spoke to a Vincent whom i explained to that i needed this book urgently as i am writing an exam soon, he promised to investigate and get back to me, i did the same thing with Aretha on the 17th, delivery was then changed to the 22nd, and today (18th October) it has been changed to 23/10/2013.None of these consultants have come back to me with a solution and i called back today and a lady hung up on me after i requested to speak to a superior. I have been buying a lot of products through kalahai but after the service i got this week i will NEVER buy anything from this company again!!! i now have to spend money that i dont have to buy this book from another supplier.
