We came home last night to find one of our glass doors leading outside had been shattered. We emailed 5 Glass merchants requesting quotes. Nicci Manuel from All Glass was the first to respond, in the record time of 20 minutes. In the time that we arranged everything no other companies responded. 6 hours later, when the job was nearly done we got our 2nd quote, but they could only have the glass sandblasted in 2-3 days, which would put us at risk for 3 days & nights (and a weekend inbetween). I also called the glass company recommended by our Insurer & they said the same thing, 2-3 days to sandblast. The guys who came to install the glass were very helpful, they took it back for more sandblasting as they felt our neighbours could still see through the glass after they first installed the new door. They also had our top window sandblasted free of charge. From start to finish we were been very impressed with the service from All Glass.
