EMPTY Promises

On Friday 11 October I receive a call, if I would like to open an account with Markhams, if I do I will receive R800 in gift vouchers. I then agreed and the process was done over the phone and the account was opened. I then had to go to a branch to do the neccesary and collect my card. Which I did on the same day. For the vouchers I had to sms my ID number to 42909. How ever each time I did this I received an SMS back to say nou vouchers are linked to this ID. I have contacted the supplied number for new accounts on various ocasions spending over R300 on a phone BILL. Each time they tell me they will take my details to a supervisor to manually send it to me. A lady after calling again for the 5th time on Wednesday 16 October 2013 by the name of... dont want to disclose at the moment, said she will have the manager investigate and call me back. to no avail. Please can someone sort this out as I would like my vouchers as it was promised to me. My ID 8208045040087 and cell nr is 072 835 0329. Hope I will now get this sorted.
