Bad service delivery and damaged goods

So i finally got my set back. But they now had damages to the leather which werent there. Your quality inspector obviously did not feel like doing quality inspection. not surprising to me as the service i have received from you thus far was total . i dont count on rochester to pay for the new damages, it might not be a concern to them. i am probably better of fixing it myself anyway. i tried sending a mail with photos of the damages with email adresses i got from the Rtb branch, not suprise that most of them returned undeliverd. When i googled your company for details so i could send my mail, google returned most links with complaints about the bad service. (actual fact). I will never support your company of luxury furniture again, as it is everything but.
