Beware Errol Alberts

Whoever made Errol Alberts regional manager of the Bed Shop needs to get their head checked, because he is just as useless as the floor managers.

On the 21st Sep, Errol Alberts promised us a new bed (to replace our damaged one) by 5th Oct. It didn't arrive (no call, no email, no SMS) So I used my airtime to run after him and he said that he had no excuse for not delivering the bed. He then promised it would be delivered yesterday 16th Oct. Nothing!

I would like the management at the Bed Shop to know that I take it very personally that Errol Alberts, who represents your company, doesn't have the integrity to deal with customers or their complaints, but is himself a procrastinator of whom customers will complain. He has treated me disrespectfully and I wish now to deal directly with his superior or with the Bed Shop head office.

I also urge all consumers NOT TO BUY YOUR GOODS FROM THIS OUTLET. THEY DO NOT STICK TO THEIR PROMISES! BEWARE!!
