ACCOUNT KEPT OPEN & BILLING WITH DESEACED HOLDER

My Dear FAther passed away in 2 MAY 2013, he has an account with JET and there he had a funeral ploci and acc protection plan. Between June and July my mom and i submitted the relevant docs to Jet Kempark. After being sent from piller to post i went to the branch in greenstone and there again i was told they cant help and i must go back to where we submitted the docs. the funeral policy was paid out to my mothe EVENTUALLY but the HOLLARD portion still not as we were given another form to fill and submit with Hollard. And now to my shock i get calls on a daily basis from DEBT COLLECTORS to pay outstanding amounts??? what is the whole point of a protection plan and submitted docs to confirm the account holder is deceased??? i called the contact center today and spoke to 5 people who kept passing the buck and one agent from accounts even put the phone done in my EAR... i was told to speak to accounts, account said Legal. Legal tells me they cant access his info and cant help i need to call again.
its bad enough that we lost a loved one and now EDCON is forcing us to relive that pain each and every day with is uncalled for and downright dispicable!!!
