Horrible as always

One night over end of Desember my brother and i went to PnP to buy some sigars, we walked in picked the product and wanted to pay, the price on the till differed from the price on the shelf. I just politly pointed this out to the guy at the register. He noticed it and then explained to me that he must do a some sort of scan and the product is free according to the big company policy board hanging in the shop. He then called a supervisor who knew nothing who called another person who also knew nothing. They eventualy decided to get a calculator to work out the persentage of discount they have to give us to get to the price on the shelf.By now 20 minutes of my time was wasted so i asked them will this be long i came to buy the stuff but no matter the price you are wasting my time. then all of a sudden Errol rocked up who then slammed the pack of sigars on the counter and said take it and leave i dont like your attitude. After being shocked out of my shoes i asked this carracter his name - no reply asked again and still no reply. Had to walk back and up to him to read his name tag. Horrible horrible and same as always poor service in knysna PnP.
