Saturday 12 Oct, I bought a refrigerator for Game the Glen. A delivery fee of R220 was charged and paid and a customer delivery document, no 6705129 was issued for delivery on Monday 14 Oct. I called Game on 14 Oct to query delivery status, but no delivery was loaded on their system. They corrected the mistake and advised that delivery will take place the following day. I decided to go to the Glen to resolve this matter in person. As I prepared for the new fridge, I already disposed of my old fridge and I could not allow all my perishables to go another day without a fridge, so I requested a refund. After a credit was passed on the speed point to my bank account, I was informed that the reversal will only reflect after 48 hours. This defied the point and I requested to speak to the manager. The manager informed her staff to give me a money voucher, which can be exchanged for cash. This was done, but another sale was effected to my bank account for the original value of the transaction, which was effected immediately. I received the R5219 in cash, yet R10438 was paid in total to Game. 48 Hours later and no refund have been effected to my bank account and no reply from customer care
