Horribly tasting sausage (no pork)

We bought 5kg of sausage of Meat Worlds bulk no pork wors in December. We gave some to one of our family members and kept 60% of it. It tastes absolutely horrible. It tates WILD! I thought maybe it might have been a piece that were off and wrote it off to that. We tried some of the wors last week again and it just confirmed my initial finding... something is seriously wrong. We have taken sausage back to them before complaining about the same thing. The manager said he does not use inferior or soya in his sausage and dont know where the taste is coming from. He honestly wasnt very happy that we returned it. I am sorry. I am now left with this sausage in my fridge which we are unable to eat and not very keen on taking it back as we know what kind of reaction we will get. This is surely not on standard? Why is it tasting like that? Meat World surely has a certain standard? How many people havent bought this sausage and just kept quiet??
