False report of statements

Rage stopped issuing statements to me with no call to explain the reason of them doing so, until i went to the shop in CW which told me that they no longer send statements out if i need to know my monthly instalment i must go to the shop in CW which i did numerous occasions, they print a receipt for me on wht i need pay for that particular month and i will pay it immediately as i prefer to pay my accounts on my pay day. the nonsense started when they decided to send sms's to customers informing them about the monthly statements which i received and they were all incorrect and when i called the Finance Department i spoke with Jabulile she told me to ignore the sms i have received and she gave me a different amount to pay and told me that they have been experiencing some problems with the sms and she will rectify it on her system a month after that same thing happened and i called them again and i spoke with uPamela who told me that i need to make a payment of R497.22 and i payed R350 and on the 28/06/2013 i made another payment of R150 and during these calls i was never told of beign in arrears and now Yvonne tells me tht i have arrears.they allow students& unemployed to open accoun
