Incompetent statements - now my problem

My bank tells me you have placed me as a missed payment or something on ITC - that is completing untrue and unacceptable! There has not been a month that I have not made a payment, done via internet, considering I have called 3 times to get statements sent to me via post and email, and to this day never received a thing, makes me further aware of your service incompetence. I have not even bought from your stores in a long time as I have no idea what is outstanding, what I owe, what the monthly payment should be, so I pay R 100 or R 200 a month until I actually get some statement or invoice from your organisation outlining my balance and minimum payments owing. I received a call 2 months ago from you guys asking if I will be paying the instalement amount this month of R 100 or R 200, to which I replied I already have... again, no invoice, statement received. Also how about calling at a convenient time so we can communicate and get some people who can handle this properly, not sabotage clients without ensuring you provide information as required
