BAD SERVICE

I sent an sms for opening an account with RAGE, received an sms back saying i must go to the nearest branch with id and proof of resident. When i got there i was assisted by a lady and she filled a form for me, then she called the call centre to activate new account on my behalf. She was advise that im not appearing on their system. I asked the lady who said that she said its "KEDIBONE" and i must re-sent the sms. Furiosly i asked who must loose out now, cause sending an sms its difinitely not free. Reason why im furious its because of the attitude and the lady was very rude to, saying "if you dont sms again we cant assist you".

Is rage going to rembese me with my sms.
