70% of nappies not usable!! Helpline no helpfull!

I sent an e-mail to pampers to let them know of the poor quality nappies i bought from one of the major grocery stores. Two days later i got a response full of excuses. The e-mail basically tries to explain how maybe i got it wrong maybe my daughter is wearing the wrong size nappy and how even if the jel from inside the nappy is leaking it is not harmful. They also asked for other info and pictures of these nappies. All these were sent and the e-mail they said i should send these to kept on bouncing, returning an error. I eventually responded to the responder's e-mail address and ever since then i have not received a response. I tried leaving a message on their Facebook inbox but all i got was we'll get them to call you back. Nobody has called me back. I had to change my child's clothing each time she would pee because the nappy would just fall apart and the jel would start leaking together with the pee. It's as if i didn't even buy nappies. And the insult they call a response e-mail does not make matters easy. To be insulted like that as if you don't even know your own child? I'm really dissappointed in the product and the attitude pampers has towards such issues.
