My new, unworn ring turned from silver to bronze

Hi, my name is Mpho Marcia Mudau. My unworn (new) silver ring changed its color to gold, bronze like. I went to Maponya American Swiss on the 05th October and Lungile advised that they will contact me during that week regarding the quotation and I never recieved a call from them. On the 05th, she asked me several times if my ring was white gold, I replied to her NO IT IS SILVER.since I did not receive any call from them, I decided to go find out the progress on the 12th October. Lungile was not there, the other assistant checked in their registry book and told me the quotation was R1000 and something, I told them that is not possible because I bought the ring for R900 how can I pay more than that for cleaning the ring. The lady then checked on the system and said the quotation on the system says its R400 and something, so I was confused and said first you don't call me regarding the quote and now you are giving me different quotes which is which. We then agreed that they will call me on the14th October regarding the correct quote, I did not receive any call from them yesterday and I'm getting married on the 26th October which is only 11 days away. I need my ring this weekend. PLEASE ASSIST.
