Best Customer service on my birthday

I would like to extend my sincere satisfaction to the teller who helped me re open my account on the 24th of September 2013 round about 11-12am at the Fochnini in boulders, I failed to get her name but she for the first time in a foschini store helped me with so much willingness and friendliness and went an extra mile to send out a shout out for my birthday - It was the highlight of my day - she wrapped up my birthday just by shouting out to the whole shop and singing for me. Pity I cant remember her name... But she set a good standard for the rest of foschini group as a whole.

I would like to thank her and congradulate her on taking her job serious and delivering more than what is expected of her. May she continue doing great to all customers.
