Wrong Info given to me

My Husband is always getting the Stone habour jeans 38/34. Now we cant get any in JHB, but found in Brits when we where on holiday. on Friday i called head office to find out where i can get in JHB, they told me at Easgate so i went over the weekend from Alberton just to get told they don't have the jeans. This morning i called again the lady said she will get back to me still now one has phone. I also phone Santon city for the Tickled pink purfuum they said there will by still by lunch time today. It is a limit stock i understand, but so little of the staff know about this and it was sold out. Twice in four days i was told the stock will be at the shop just to get there wasting petrol and my time to told it is finish. This is no customer service.
