Being to my face, Bad Attitude!!!

On the 23/10/2012 we had purchased a PANACHE 10PC Stainless Steel Cookware set (06009801750293), I bought this because I had been told that these are great Pots, Easy to clean ect. ect. During the time the Pots had been in my Possession I had endless troubles with the pots always burning my food and impossible to get clean. Now that Makro is available in Amanzimtoti it has made it easier for me to get to the store to have these goods exchanged for new pots of a refund as these are not cheap and cost me R1700.00!!

You amaznimtoti Store gave me service, and bad attitude when I asked them to please sort out our exchange or refund. I was told I had to book the goods in and then they will be send to the manufacturer to be tested and I would only get an answer in 21 working Days.

This is ridiculous, your main website even states on the PEACE OF MIND POLICY that this will be sorted out within 10 days. so you guys about your advertising and customer service.

I want this resolved TODAY and if not I will be in contact with PANACHE overseas and inform them on how MAKRO is Lying to there customers and not willing to assist us.
