Incompetent staff

I found my shopping experiences at Zara Cape Town South Africa, the worse than the first and was hoping it would improve but just got worse. I have had to withdraw big amounts of cash to make purchases as there credit card facilities never work. I have also experienced the garments and heels been defective after purchasing and when returning to the store to exchange getting incompetent, unfriendly and ignorant staff.
