Since the revamp of the store, I have experienced no service on the electronic side.

I have gone there multiple times and every time I am looking for something that is locked in a display cabinet, then there is just no one to assist.

Today I went to buy a Mico SD card, and no one was available to assist.
So I approached one of the guy's with a blue Samsung (1 in a group of 5 people just chatting and not working) shirt and ask to get one.

He just told me to go to the cell phone side.

Sorry but this is not service.

Employ more staff in peak times; or place electronic detectors (like the chemists) on the products or repackage the products (in a more secure way; so that it cannot be) so that the customer can pick the product off the shelf himself.
