Looking for a lawsuit

Good Morning,

It is with utter disgust that i write this. I will make sure that i will advise everyone i know NEVER to buy from your stores, due to the poor quality of stuff you sell, broken promises, and revolting after sales service.

First my sister is taken advantage of, then my parents. We purchased an Avante lounge suite in December 2012.Until now we dont have a lounge suite at home yet it is being paid for. The suite was returned many times and nothing has been done about it, besides it getting it wrapped in plastic. I will not be taken advantage of. Your managers provide a pathetic service namely Greg- store manager and Ram-complaints manager.

The lounge suite had a problem since day one, it will be a year in two month that its still not resolved. When my mum asked for a refund because of lack of concern from any manager at this store she was questioned as to why. The audicity!

Anyway i would like a full refund on what has been paid. I dont even want a new set from you because i dont want you to get my business. Absolutely dumbfounded by this incident.

And i want it sorted out ASAP! i have to sit on the floor in my own house!
