After escalating a problem with a Dell machine to the manager of Incredible Connection, Rodrick (the manager) ensured that the issue gets resolved.
He phoned me back when I called. Contacted me to let me know what is happening and personally ensured that he check the machine before contacting me to collect.
Although the initial handling of the issue left me extremely upset at the service from Incredible Connection, Rodrick's professionalism and personal involvement to ensure that it gets resolved left me with some faith in Incredible Connection and I am sure he dealt with the internal issues that made me escalate it in the first place.
