Absolutely exceptional service!

I was a first time consumer, after googling to find an ink cartridge, I came across this company that not only was one of the cheapest suppliers but was also prepared to deliver to my door free of charge AND allow me to pay COD! Within 12 hours of ordering I received an sms and an e-mail to say that the goods were with the couriers and that I would be contacted for delivery confirmation within 1-2 days. Well, not even an hour late I was called by a very pleasant lady asking if she could deliver that same day, I asked for it to be the next so I could have time to have the cash ready for COD, she asked what time I would like delivery the following day, I suggested the afternoon after 2pm and she said it would be between 2-3pm. Needless to say my delivery arrived this afternoon at 14h02, and by a very pleasant young man. I handed over my cash, received a receipt and am still in awe! For me this has been nothing but an amazing experience, I love their comparitive pricing, the prompt service, the feedback throughout and the fact that I could choose a COD option.
