Empty promises

Hello
I have entered the competition on 21/09/2013 and reserve sms that says I will be conducted within 72hours which never happened even today. No one is answering the phone. I want to understand that is't the way you set up your standard? Why a you promising thing that you will never do? Or do you just want to collect money from the community that support you? I'm very very disappointed about this. I think you must apologise to your customers and close the competition if you're failing to keep your promises
