Competition that never delivered its promises

I happen to win a voucher from the recent competition and i received an sms of receiving a call from beacon claiming that i will receive a call in 72 hours along with my reference number of which i did, but the problem with the agent who called me since he took my email, and said he will send me forms even today am still waiting for them.
