Flies all over food

On the 16 Jan 2013 went to Fruit n Veg Food Lovers market, Diepkloof Square firsly when you walk your welcomed by this funny smell, the meat in the butchery is off and already turning colour in the fridge, next to the bakery what a disgrace to the customers how can u serve food with flies crawling on top of it all over to the fruit salds and i asked one of the staff why so many flies and she responded with so much attitude "I DONT KNOW"

i mean really now please help this is danger the human health and i personnaly think someone must intervine.
