Poor service

I bought a bedroom suit last year march 2012 in Benoni branch, we agreed that they must be deliverd at my mothers house in dennilton.as agreed the goods were deliverd but they were damaged.i spoke to Benoni store manager and he refferd me to groblesdal store manager, I have been complaining about this goods since last year till today and it's now October 2013.groblesdal manager promised to sort everything out but nothing us happening, she is not even giving me a call and update me all she can do is telling me more .i bought that Daniella cash and now I'm struggling I can't even use them.
