GREAT service, again!

The nature of my dealings with Yuppiechef this time around was different - normally I am a very happy shopper but today, I had a problem with a kettle purchased a little over a year ago.

The lid hinge broke off my rather pricey kettle and I reported this to Yuppiechef who advised that they would look in to it and get back to me.

True to her word, Kaylee Clarke reverted to me within 24 hours and Yuppiechef agreed to issue a voucher for the full purchase value of the kettle so that I could purchase a replacement item. This was all done efficiently and without fuss or question.

Thank you Yuppiechef in an era of generally bad service for standing head and shoulders above the rest and really respecting the customer. Your staff all have a 'can do' attitude and are truly pleasant and very obliging and accommodating. It's an absolute pleasure dealing with you!!
