Stiil waiting for my refund

I have been waiting for my refund for the kitchen unit that was taken back a while back. Am I being ripped off? No one from Lewis seems to care. This is unfair. I've complained to Lewis for several times but I never got any feedback. The money am owed is too much. I am taking the matter up now.
