Good day
I phoned your consultant (Tagodien) today updating my address, ofwhich he claims he did and I asked him to send it to me and he told me it has been send. I waited for 30minutes and then I had to phone again, I spoke to Zingi who kept me on hold for more than 6 minutes and she told me it will take 48hrs for my statement. I don't understand cause I told her its urgent... I used to work for queries department and it has never ever took 48hrs for client to receive their statements or docs. What is the meaning of URGENT? I won't be at work from tomorrow. Can I get my updated statement today!!!
There is no way that your correspondence dept does not have land line, does it take 4 days for your superiors to get hold of them?
