It seems that the only way JD ever responds to a client is when we complain on hellopeter... Sad isn't it... I have asked them for my statements for the past few months yet I never receive one and I am getting pretty sick and tired of it, I changed my address with them millions of times and yet no statement!!! So can JD please send me an statement so I know what is going on in my own account!!! My postal address is: P.O. Box 21797 Arboretum Richards Bay 3900... Would be highly appreciated!!! Thank you.
