Just take what you get

Today after twelve o clock I wanted to by two "burgers and chips" but was told: "Not ready come back later".
So I looked at the ribs, you could see they were some days old.
I complained at the till and said it is impossible to come back for the burgers so the supervisor came back with one burger with chips and told me that is all there is.
At home I found the burger was chilled which meant it was from yesterday.
The kiosk is really bad news: twelve not ready, five in the afternoon do not have. What is the exact time to be there to get freshly made food?
