I went in on a Sunday to free off my account, the cashier swiped my debit card three times, he did not seem to know what he was doing, he then called in another person to help who also seemed to know as little as he did because she tried calling the bank to as to put a hold on my DEBIT CARD even though it clearly said DEBIT CARD, even though I showed them proof that the money was no more in my account, I was told that it was now between banks but that they would call the bank and have it sorted, it's now the end of the day and the problem is still not sorted, I never even receive a courtesy call from Russell's yet I was told that they would call me as son as she sorted it out, I
Went there at 4. 30 and the lady told me she can't help me, it's strange that when you are one day late to pay your installment u they can call yet when they owe you the money you have to run in circles to get it, bottom line that's a really place to do business.
