Ehaviour from Nurse and Manager @ Dis-Chem

Hi there, i had the worst customer service and behaviour ever form the Nurse (oldish) and the Manager from Dis-Chem Somerset on Thursday the 04 October 2013, i Mrs Hanifa Christians went for my 3 month injection and i went into the room with the Nurse, she asked for my card and i said cant find it, she then said this is the last time she will help without a card and she had the worst attitude ever because i was coloured and then i said why is she so rude, she then called the Manager who is also white and a male, while im undressing without my awareness, what if i was naked, this is very poor service and he took her side and they both were rude and didnt give me a hearing and couldnt issue me with the rules, i was so upset and angry because they both were against me and because i am coloured, and they both white, i will never ever go back to that shop and i will tell everyone of this bad service and put it on all social media sites because that Nurse needs to go on customer service training and the Manager, i will make sure all my friends and neighbours from somerset dont shop there, it is pathetic.
