Dishonest help and no service

Today I went into your Sandton branch and asked if they could find a dress in my size. Not only did they say they had called all branches and they were sold out I found out from the manager when I asked to see her that they had never called. I am disgusted that your staff had just to get me to leave and that I had to call someone superior to get a simple task done. The manager and staff had assured me they would call back with available stock at another branch and nothing has happened. I shop at Mr Price minimum once a week but after this I will not be returning to any of your branches again.
